You're right, us men do make a mess no matter what it is we use haha. Sad, but true.
As for the stripper.. I haven't really thought of it like that. I had just assumed that he didn't know his mom made the call. If he did, he's just as throwed off as she is. I know I'd be freaked out if my mom bought me a stripper or a prostitute or anything like that. Scarred for life, I'd be.
I'm interested in hearing it too... but being it's British, there's no telling what it might sound like. haha
